To troubleshoot issues with latency or lag in POPULATION: ONE, try the following.

1. Download and install PingPlotter on a desktop computer on the same network as your VR headset
   
   
2. Run ping-plotter and ping one of the hosts below depending on where you are in the world
   
   
   1. US East: gamelift.us-east-1.amazonaws.com
   2. US West: gamelift.us-west-1.amazonaws.com
   3. Europe: gamelift.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com
   4. Asia: gamelift.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com
      
      
      
      
   5. Let PingPlotter run for 5-10 minutes and screenshot and send in the results to support like below
