QUEST 1 USERS
We are building BIG POP1 experiences that will push the boundaries of multiplayer VR. In order to focus our efforts on next-gen features and tech, we’re ending Quest 1 support on October 31, 2022. On Oct 31, Quest 1 players will no longer be able to load or play POPULATION: ONE.
When will Quest 1 support end?
Starting October 31st, 2022, players will no longer be able to play POPULATION: ONE on a Quest 1.
How can I continue to play POP:1 after Q1 support ends?
POP:1 players can still play on supported devices. This includes Meta Quest 1 and 2 with Link/Airlink, Meta Quest 2, Oculus Rift and Rift S, Valve Index, and HTC Vive. Account progress and purchases will be preserved when switching between Meta devices. This includes skins, rewards, and EVERYTHING associated with your account.
How can I receive a refund?
Quest 1 customers are eligible for a base game refund if they contact Meta Customer Support (https://store.facebook.com/help/quest/) within 6 months of purchasing POPULATION: ONE on the Meta Quest Store.
Please note: People who also own a Quest 2 headset are not eligible for a refund.
