If you are unable to purchase Bureau Gold, or already purchased the Bureau Gold but do not see it in your account, try restarting the app. In most cases, the correct amount of Bureau Gold will now be in your account, or you will now be able to make the purchase successfully.
Try at a later time
Occasionally our store will experience temporary issues, and the best course of action is to wait for us to resolve those issues. If you're still unable to purchase gold after an hour or two, please file a ticket at support.bigbox.vr
